  I tried the Erie restaurant week special - the hot honey nightmare. I had hot honey at home, so I substituted mushrooms; I also substituted jalapeños for the banana peppers. Pizza was excellent!

  I cannot say enough great things about Donatos. I thought I had ordered both a large veggie specialty pizza and a large cheese pizza, but when my wife picked up the order, only the veggie pizza was there. I called to complain, and the owner herself answered the phone. As we talked, I realized the mistake was completely mine—I never added the cheese pizza to my cart. Even after I took full responsibility and insisted on paying, the owner wouldn’t hear of it. She said the website can be a pain sometimes and insisted on sending a cheese pizza on the house. Fifteen minutes later, a piping hot pizza arrived—delivered personally by the owner, in the middle of a blizzard. As a small business owner in Erie myself, I know how much care and effort it takes to run a business the right way. That makes this level of service mean even more to me. The pizza is always top quality, but the customer service is truly exceptional. This gesture turned an honest mistake into an unforgettable experience. Proud to support such a well-run local business—customers for life. Donatos rocks! 🍕👏

  Solid tavern style pizzas service in a quicker to-go manner similar to chains such as Dominos or Pizza Hut. Pizza was loaded with pepperoni and feature a thin, cracker like crust. Inside of the building was clean and has seating as well if you choose to dine in.

  Food was very overpriced for what was actually received. The restaurant was like a mix between a 90's Domino's, and a present day Russian recru recruiting office, basic, cold, and empty.

  Donato is our "go to" for pizza and subs in Harborcreek! The meat on the Italian Big Don sub is stacked high and it is baked to perfection. Normally, we get the Famous. Thin Founder's Favorite pizza for pizza Fridays at work, and everyone enjoys the variety of fresh and tasty ingredients. Recently, I brought home a hand tossed double cheese with pepperoni and my husband went crazy over it. It was reasonably priced and had a generous amount of toppings. I would highly recommend Donato's to anyone! Their counter staff is friendly and professional, and their promptness in preparation exceeds my expectations.
