  Smelled amazing when I walked in and the music was *chefs kiss* I had the Al pasto taco and it was spicy and delish! Also had guacamole and chips, this was super fresh and I always crave the daily made tortilla chips! 10/10 recommend

  Wow I mean where do I begin!! One chilly Tuesday afternoon, after my war reenactment club rehearsal, I grew hungry. I yearned for the savory deliciousness of Chipotle pinto beans and pico. I thought what better way to celebrate my daily accomplishment by treating myself, especially at their new location. Boy was that a mistake… Chipotle was my safe place, my sanctuary. Chipotle has always been for me when I was down… that was until I dined at Chipotle on west ridge!! When I walked in, I was rudely greeted with an employee yelling at me! He claimed that I “can’t park in the drive thru”. First of all, this young man was rude to raise his voice at me, and second of all, maybe get more parking spots!!! If I were at Moe’s, they would have softly and warmly welcomed me, exclaiming their excitement that the king has arrived! They would have pulled my chair for me and certainly not persecuting me! They also would’ve given me a bag of chips FOR FREE! (I’ll write a separate review article on that later). I think I will now be taking my business to Moes from now on. Just like William Shakespeare once said, “To be, or not to be”. Pick up a book. As if I couldn’t feel more uncomfortable after this BOLDLY RUDE employee of theirs scolded me, he suggested that I try their new salad! How rude of this young man to shame me and tell me I need to go on a diet! YOUNG MAN… YOU BARKED UP THE WRONG TREE! I could go on all day about how my first experience at this new Chipotle was HORRID, but I’m gonna try to keep it short and sweet. Like I said, Chipotle was my safe space, the apple of my eye. Key word: WAS! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER dine again at THIS establishment again. EVER As if this young man couldn’t have made my experience worse, he said I could not get quad chicken for the price of single. He completely ignored the fact that I was wearing my battle of Gettysburg reenactment uniform. Talk about disrespecting those who served… smh. Their employee that persecuted me for my essence was a tall young man with blonde curly hair! I asked to talk to his manager, but he just ignored me and probably SCROLLED on Tiktok (as kids do nowadays 🤦‍♂️) Despite these roadblocks, I tried keeping it positive. I thought to myself “surely the bathrooms aren’t as terrible as their service.” Well boy was I wrong, AGAIN. As food passes through me quickly, I always use the Chipotle bathroom after my meal. They DID NOT have any reserve toilet paper on stand by (terrible planning and janitorial work by their staff).. I was forced to “let it crust”. Now I was leaving the establishment feeling emotionally AND physically uncomfortable. I think to myself “How could this day get any worse!” As I waddle out of the building. Well to my surprise, IT GOT WORSE. I come out to see my 2003 Ford Taurus being TOWED from the drive thru! I had to call my MOM to pick me up AGAIN and now she is upset that her backseat has a stain on it. Thanks Chipotle! (that “thank you” was sarcasm). When it was all said and done, I had the worst experience at a food establishment ever, let alone my once-beloved chipotle. As a semi-pro and self acclaimed review writer, I have concluded how I will judge this place. After reflecting on my experience, I have decided that I will give the food 1 star, the service 1 star, and the atmosphere 1 star. The service was the WORST!! THAT YOUNG MAN NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED FOR HIS DISRESPECT! If I could give this place zero stars… I WOULD!!!

  Horrible service horrible atmosphere do not recommend this place and do not recommend the manager do not come here go to somewhere else like McDonald's it'll probably taste better anyway

  I ordered the Chicken Al Pastor tacos and received the regular chicken instead. I also added fajita veggies and they were burned to a crisp. Ruined the entire meal. What type of employee serves burnt vegetables?? Our food was also cold. Very disappointing experience especially for a new location.

  I’ve never ate at chipotle before, but decided it was time to try since this one is close to me and had the chipotlane. I got a Barbacoa rice bowl, Queso, Guacamole, And corn salsa. Also got a burrito on a separate trip, not pictured. Ordered on the app, which was super easy and my food was ready once I got there. The burrito was absolutely stuffed and very good. The corn salsa, Queso, And guacamole were delicious The chips were good, although very salty, but perhaps that’s a chipotle thing? My only complaint was there wasn’t a lot of rice in my burrito bowl. Everything else was great and I will definitely be back.
