I watch employees use gloves for food, touch the register, touch cash, hand out food and go back to making food without changing gloves. I was there for 18 minutes the other day and they may have changed gloves, but not once used the hand sink. Good luck to anyone that chooses this restaurant.

As a vegetarian it's very upsetting when I order the sofritas tofu, and I get carnitas(meat), when it's more than a half an hour drive. Then upon calling I get outsourced to some non-english speaking person who says they can't have anyone remake or compensate the order, but they'll take the complaint up with "management". Chipolte learn to do your job!
