  I was in line waiting to buy an order of boneless wings, there were 2 other customers in front of me which took around 7 minutes to finish their order. When the second person was ordering someone who I could only assume to be the manager or general manager walked over to the register to ask the man behind me in line if he was ordering wings today. He said yes, I assumed the manager was addressing the entire line. so I also tried to say yes because I was as-well trying to order wings. However the person had turned and walked away to put the wings in the fry before I could also chime in. I then proceeded to order a 20pc of boneless, the man behind me also ordered wings however he had ordered a 10pc with fries and some other form of appetizer. I was order number #30 he was #31, I sat and watched as the manager set part of my order aside to finish making #31 and he then proceeded to instruct one of the employees to put extra wings and sauce into #31 while further prolonging my order which was ordered prior to #31. I’ve had prior negative experiences with excessively long wait times, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an establishment display such blatant and egregious unprofessionalism in my entire life. I’m thoroughly disappointed however, as I’ve been a continuing patron for some time and I don’t think I’d prefer to give anymore money to the establishment after this experience.

  Food was tasty, they went above and beyond to make sure my food wasn’t cross contaminated, and were just overall super lovely! Thank you!

  I ordered large chicken Philly I am a regular customer i saw a hair in it again once i found they gave me refund but they did not give refund formy drink manager he is blond well again after I ordered i found little hair in it i was getting late to work i told them to go and make sure please make it clean they didn’t take my attention or anything girls were there was like yea yea thats all the manager is super rude i called store no answer i promise you i will never ever come to this place so disgusting and please start washing your hands and cover hairs sorry to say but i al very disappointed, manager didn’t take action ofcorse what his employees would do

  First off, the girl taking orders was not polite and she needs trained better. My mom ordered a meal, she asked if she also wanted a drink and fries. Second, my Dr. Pepper was nasty and had no flavor. They said it was just changed. They did switch it for me. Third, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak meal. Only with the steak and cheese with lettuce. My sandwich was a pathetic sandwich of bread with a splash of meat and lots of lettuce. Oh and the manager didn't have the fries on the tray, we had to ask for them. He also gave a dirty look when we asked for lettuce on the sandwich, it wasn't on there. And when I went back after seeing my pathetic lettuce sandwich, the guy spoke to me like I was a child. I was also super sick after eating and had to run for a bathroom. I really believe I ended up with food poisoning. Usually I do not write reviews, but due to getting sick, I felt I had to. Never again.
