  Food was mediocre at best, lack of sauce of wings, over cooked wings. Wife ordered Tater Tots and BBQ but got fries and honey mustard. Waitress only came over once to check on us, absolutely horrible experience. Wish people in customer service cared about their job a little more than just a paycheck..

  We dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on 11/19/25, after not eating here in a long time. We figured it was worth a try, plus it was for a fundraising event for our child’s school, so why not? Long story short, the service was incredibly slow, and we sat for nearly 10 minutes before anyone came over to ask for our drinks. Our food came out at separate times, and was sub-par at best. The chicken tenders were bland and dry, the onion rings were soggy, and the cheese bites were overly-cooked. There was something off with the food, and I will spare the details, but let’s just say that all of us were sick this morning. We will not be dining here again, even if it’s for a good cause, it’s not worth it.

  So, I usually don’t do this, but I’ve mobile ordered from here twice and both times it has been wrong, and I found a hair in my food. I am a pregnant woman who just wanted a buffalo chicken wrap and the worker went away when I was checking it before I left so I couldn’t say anything. I am just disappointed.

  My family loves BWW. Especially on Tuesdays for the Wing Special. If you like the Traditional Jamaican Jerk flavor ask them to make it Daytona Style it's so much better but make sure you like your wings crispy.
