  We dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on 11/19/25, after not eating here in a long time. We figured it was worth a try, plus it was for a fundraising event for our child’s school, so why not? Long story short, the service was incredibly slow, and we sat for nearly 10 minutes before anyone came over to ask for our drinks. Our food came out at separate times, and was sub-par at best. The chicken tenders were bland and dry, the onion rings were soggy, and the cheese bites were overly-cooked. There was something off with the food, and I will spare the details, but let’s just say that all of us were sick this morning. We will not be dining here again, even if it’s for a good cause, it’s not worth it.

  So, I usually don’t do this, but I’ve mobile ordered from here twice and both times it has been wrong, and I found a hair in my food. I am a pregnant woman who just wanted a buffalo chicken wrap and the worker went away when I was checking it before I left so I couldn’t say anything. I am just disappointed.

  My family loves BWW. Especially on Tuesdays for the Wing Special. If you like the Traditional Jamaican Jerk flavor ask them to make it Daytona Style it's so much better but make sure you like your wings crispy.

  Dinner tab was 74.02. Paid by credit card and left a cash tip on the table. I just received my bank statement yesterday and it says 94.02 was paid to Buffalo Wild Wings. If a tip was taken out of my card, it was excessive and I did not authorize the tip to be taken out of my card. Like I said a cash tip was left on the table. This needs to be addressed. Please respond. Thank you.

  Host stand has completely ruined this restaurant for me and I will never be returning, a shame as we were excited for nba opening night only to be met with rude immature and snappy hosts fighting with eachother after being told there was a table cleared off for us. A shame because our server was TERRIFIC and we made sure to get an appetizer and tip well for what felt like wasting the servers time and our own as the host made us feel disrespected and under appreciated. Guess I’ll get frozen chicken nuggets and appetizers from another sysco imported chain. Server with tattoos and glasses and tattoos you’re an angel and I apologize your coworkers treatment ruined what seems like a promising dinner with a great server.
