- NDnithya deviMar 28, 20261.0We waited for 20 mins for ordering ,they said they were cleaning and sorry for the wait ,they offered free donuts as it was closing time and I felt happy and valued.Then they made us wait for 30 more mins to give the two drinks I ordered ,one hot coffee that I ordered,they gave it cold and asked us to heat at home ,no apologies for the long wait and the cold coffee ,felt sad 😔 A little empathy and kindness would have been nice
