- KDKelsey DixonMar 20, 20263.0Usually I would give 5 stars as I go to this specific location after work often, but I didn’t get my usual girl (red braids literally the sweetest person) and whoever I got wasn’t exactly pleasant. We had a mobile order, we’ve gotten the same drink multiple times and it’s become one of my fiancé and i’s favorites. We ordered our usuals and I added chocolate cold foam this time. I want to give this girl the benefit of the doubt as we just got off work (in retail) and people were abnormally rude today. We grabbed our drinks and left, realizing after we left that our order was completely wrong. Chocolate cold foam was missing, and the drinks tasted nothing like they always do. Usually I would have just sucked it up but today was really rough and I needed a pick me up. We went back through the drive through and apologized, but asked if we could have our drinks fixed. She did, they were exactly the same except the foam was fixed, but we said it was fine because she looked like she was going to eat us. We’re going to try again, but will likely go to a different location going forward.

The girl charged me extra for the cold foam and cookie crumbs when I ordered cookie butter cold brew. She charged me for a original ice coffee and extra for the cookie butter foam and cookie crumbs. She said that's what she was told. I thought in the picture on the menu was supposed to be there. Not extra cost. Watch for extra charges. She didn't say it was extra till I questioned.
