  Ordered well done, the cheese was hardly melted. They were out of garlic sauce! $25.00 for 1 pizza , pizza should be done as requested

  I ordered sweets for takeout, which were delicious and worth the price. But, the party size chicken salad, it's extremely disappointing. It was expensive and EXTREMELY SMALL. I was over charged, according to my friend, who orders it all the time.

  My feedback constitutes a message for the local franchise owner of this Erie PA business establishment , who is currently serving as the Erie County Executive. Your email notification does not specify if the abrupt closure at the Greengarden Plaza will transpire this coming Monday, March 23 or " next" Monday March 30. You have already closed the E 38th business location in late 2024, though the closure was with a more advanced notification than the notice you issued this date via email.I purchased Christmas gift certificates for family members including mine through a promotion offer in November 2025.I will follow through and forward your communication to them so that they will be provided with short term notice of the closure of the Greengarden location.I will further advise them to liquidate their gift certificates within the next few months since the current trend iindicates eventual closure of the remaining Harborcreek location sooner than later. I do not find it to be plausible that you were not full aware of the terms of the lease before this date. This notice from you to your customers can be construed as arbitrary and capricious.

  Be careful about ordering on the app..even if you choose not to have certain toppings on their specialty pizzas you will get them anyway even if you are allergic to that item..good Thing I noticed before consuming a pizza with Almonds on it or life could've been different.. Buyer Beware

  We ordered their famous thin crust by accident the first time we went and now we get it every time we go. It's the best pizza place in Erie.
