  While waiting in line for over 10 minutes and 3 people ahead of me not getting served, I watched an employee tempature check the food. A major health violation and contamination was committed when they did NOT clean it between foods. Was holding a towel to wipe it but did not do this. I watched her continue through and only wipe it ONCE through the rice, meat, beans, fajita veggies and so on!! When calling to talk to the manager got an automated system that was not very helpful!! Just be careful if you decite to eat at this facility!!

  This place consistently runs slow. Orders placed ahead, are not ready in a timely manner. Staff does not acknowledge you, at all. I witnessed one staff member complaining about his job at Chipotle, while cutting meat, and exclaiming how “he makes more money door dashing….30 dollars an hour!” Other staff were standing and just listening to him as he was ranting and the dining room was full of customers. There was no supervision or anyone helping the people working, who clearly needed it. Poorly run store and staff that does not find pride for their jobs.

  My special-needs Brother and I had a horrendous Dinner experience at this Chipotle and we are appalled at the Staff, cleanliness, and Manager’s treatment towards his Staff at this Location. We witnessed and experienced; ***Poor Staff and Management behavior ***Long Wait time to be served - despite being the only person in line - staff were goofing off in the back -***Not wearing gloves while preparing food, ***Staff eating in the kitchen around prepared food (smh - while manager was talking with them) -*** Incredibly rude customer service ***Dirty table tops and over flowing - unattended garbage ***Poor Food Quality - the white rice was CRUNCHY / UNDERCOOKED -Manager and staff didn’t throw out the white rice away or asses if it was cooked, they kept serving it to the next customers… First time at this location and my last. Regardless of having my severely Autistic and Mute brother with me, where it’s visually understood he has limitations - the manager and majority of the Staff should not behave the way that they did. This is not the typical high standard and quality Chipotle typically provides.
