  Again Thought John Quinones was going to walk out the back and say I was on "What would you do?" Figured it was an episode on checking the amount of patience someone had...trying to purchase a 9.99 meal deal has never been somewhere difficult. Then when I thought it was all.over and asked again to make sure the coupon went through before I processed my payment was reassured it did. Which was false. And guy making my drink after 1. Touching money 2. Coughing in his hand pressed down on my lid to close it 🤢 so I asked for another lid by another employee and he says "what was wrong w that lid" like it came out of his paycheck?! I said bc the guy that just made the drink literally was coughing in his hand before he closed it! Then had to call the manager out to fix the coupon. I understand sometimes working at a fast food establishment is hectic at times but it wasn't busy and common sense to not cough in your hand and touch the drink covering 🤢🤢🤢

  First time getting something from here and although the Philly cheesesteak was very good, the service sucks big time! They don’t have signs as to which end to order, girl looked at us and didn’t help and final the guy making the subs told us where to go to order! The girl took our order but was very unfriendly and not helpful……both workers seemed very Miserable! Won’t go back I’m sure.

  I was in line waiting to buy an order of boneless wings, there were 2 other customers in front of me which took around 7 minutes to finish their order. When the second person was ordering someone who I could only assume to be the manager or general manager walked over to the register to ask the man behind me in line if he was ordering wings today. He said yes, I assumed the manager was addressing the entire line. so I also tried to say yes because I was as-well trying to order wings. However the person had turned and walked away to put the wings in the fry before I could also chime in. I then proceeded to order a 20pc of boneless, the man behind me also ordered wings however he had ordered a 10pc with fries and some other form of appetizer. I was order number #30 he was #31, I sat and watched as the manager set part of my order aside to finish making #31 and he then proceeded to instruct one of the employees to put extra wings and sauce into #31 while further prolonging my order which was ordered prior to #31. I’ve had prior negative experiences with excessively long wait times, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an establishment display such blatant and egregious unprofessionalism in my entire life. I’m thoroughly disappointed however, as I’ve been a continuing patron for some time and I don’t think I’d prefer to give anymore money to the establishment after this experience.
