  So I pull into the drive through on my E Bike, as I have many times before. I went to this location specifically because the drive through lane doesn't wrap around the building. They can see you from the drive through window. And they completely ignore me. After about 5 minutes of them screwing around in the store, I finally pulled up to the drive through window to see what the problem is. And then the women inside proceeded to tell me they can't serve me because I'm on a bike! It's the most asinine thing I've ever heard. A store that refuses to serve customers. I WAS a frequent customer. I live 8 blocks away. I will certainly never patronize this business ever again and will encourage others to not patronize this location as well.

  It's downtown Erie so there is that. You have to cross the drive through to enter the building.

  O my god this has been the best Arby’s experience ever, whoever was working drive thru 3/2/26 morning shift you are amazing- food was cooked fresh as ever and you hooked me up on them sauces. Thank you so much for today’s visit!!!

  Came in to Arbys today not busy at all no customer service whatsoever no hold on will be right with you just a couple of glances from 3 employees there and they just kelp walking around I was completely ignored obviously I didn't purchase anything there was no service so can really speak on the food
