  Observed employee's not wearing gloves, while handling food. Reported to the manager his excuse was the employees are new. He talked to the employees, as we were leaving they were still handing food without gloves. They were also talking about us, behind the counter, because I complained about the handing of the food. No respect for the consumer. I will never patronize this establishment again. I will also tell my friends and family.

  The staff was not versed in proper food safety even when it was pointed out it continued. Wash your hands and put on clean gloves. They touched raw product and never washed or even wore gloves. The manager was told and made excuses and it still continued We also got cat called by the staff.

  I’ve had two experiences with this Arby’s location where I’ve gotten sick (food poisoning) the day after eating there. I’ve found hair in my food multiple times. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I will not be returning to this location on W26th street. Very disappointed I’d rather go to the location just 5 minutes away on W12 street. Never had an issue with their food or service. Step it up….
