  I got a Reuben and Curly Fries. The Reuben was cold, like it had been frozen and not reheated enough. The Curly fries were each about 1/2 inches long, and definitely not curly. At #13.00 for the meal this was unacceptable to say the least. I asked about this and was told, well, that's just the way it is. This was at the Haeborcreek, PA. Arby's. I will definitely not return, and I was a regular customer there.

  Closed the place for nine months to "upgrade" and now they're closed again because the registers are down. Who's running this fiasco?

  Every time I go there and I get the turkey and Swiss sandwich the meat is piled on it like in one area only and they normally cut it in a half for you but the last couple times I’ve gotten that sandwich it has not been cut

  Had a turkey club wrap which was excellent. Staff friendly. Place was clean. The only issue I had was the sink in the women's restroom. Only works when it wants to & obviously, that day it didn't want to. Let a staff member know about it.
