  This place must be a joke. Every order I’ve ever gotten in the mornings has been messed up. It’s like they hired a person with one finger and half an eye to make orders. A little tip, fire all morning staff if yall ever wanna be good.

  There is a sheetz down the road from this dunkin, do yourself a favor and just go there. If idgaf was a place this would be it. Attached is my pathetic dunkin breakfast sandwich which is missing the top bun, someone put this in the bag and said yep thats good enough.

  I just so happened to go to a different Dunkin from my normal and genuinely had the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have previously worked in food service and retail, and I absolutely know what it is like to work a job like that, however the service was genuinely unacceptable. I ordered a decaf iced peppermint mocha latte and then a normal hot peppermint mocha latte and a refresher. When I got to the window, the decaf looked incredibly dark so I simply asked if he could put milk or creamer in the cup (there was no one else in line or in the store) This was my first time ever asking a barista to fix a drink, let alone remake it. I was then told to pull back around and was met with a ginormous eye roll in my face and a very terrible attitude. Again, I have previously worked in retail and food service and I understand how hard it can be, however I was in no way rude or hard to please. I will be sticking to my closest Dunkin from now on and hopefully never having to return to this one.
