  I haven’t been to this Dunkin location in a while because… life 😅 being a regular for over a year, this Dunkin is one of the best in the area. The staff is wonderful, kind and friendly, always delivering the best customer service. They always make my half-decaf just right! And never fail to cut my sandwiches in half 😂 IYKYK! Thanks for being awesome 👏 Ephrata Dunkin staff 👏

  Go a medium hot coffee it was cold . Asked for it to be fixed and they pour hot water in it.....lol

  This place is the worst place do not go here they charged me for two things told me to wait around the front sat there for about 10 minutes they come out with one order then I said to my daughter where's the donut she said they're not in here I'm going up to get the donuts and he meets me halfway about a minute later someone could have pulled off without checking their order then I look at the donuts one donut is missing so I go back in and said where's the other donut and he said oh we're out of them I said so you charge me for it and didn't tell me or say anything when you brought this box of donuts out... They absolutely suck do not go there

  When we got there, no one took our order for 15 minutes . There wasn’t anyone at the drive-thru window, even though they weren’t busy. Then, instead of taking our order, they decided to take someone else’s, even though we had gotten there first.
