  The manager (I believe) was extremely unprofessional. I noticed my receipt didn't match the price board and simply mentioned it to the employer at the register. I did not ask for money back or speculate I should, simply let them know. We got our food and went to our table. All of a sudden a woman starts yelling across the restaurant at me. I acknowledged there wasn't a problem as she still proceed to be very loud across the restaurant. I yelled back, "why are you yelling at me!?" I then said, "maybe this is why no one comes here anymore..." She then proceeded to tell me if I'm going to cause "trouble" I can leave the restaurant. Poor management and even poorer customer relations. Best milkshakes around though - food was good too.

  1. We saw Dream!! 2. Xaiver very nice but got our fries wrong 😡 3. Food went crazy 4. Rang da bell- humiliation ritual 😍 5. Stayed there for a good hour chatting it up 6. Geeked employee singing to us- much better than the songs playing!

  Ordered food on the app. When we arrived at the window i asked for no ice in our drink the worker snarkly said “modify it on the app next time” . On the app there is only the choice to change your drink not to specify if you want ice or not. Before the staff has an attitude with the customer they should know how their app works.
