Then when I began eating it, it had an odd taste… Skip ahead to 4 am today and I was throwing up profusely. I mean like explosive, constant vomit. It had to have been the Chinese food.

I signed in on the app at 6:15 that I had arrived in a spot. A worker came around at 6:45 asking all of us in spots to write down our name and the spot we were in and she apologized for the wait and assured it would be out soon. I saw many cars come and go after that and still I had not received my order. I called the number at 7:15 just to make sure I was still on the list and wasn’t accidentally forgotten about. The worker again assured me it would be out soon and that they were behind. No more explanation than that. I finally received my order at 7:30pm after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. I believe their system may have been down based on having to write down who was currently there but considering my order was only $45, and saw multiple larger orders that had arrived after me come and go I’m convinced they did not have my order ready for my pickup window. As I was writing this review upon returning home, I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Kinda odd. Not to mention, during this time of extreme backup of orders, I observed one of the workers take a smoke break outside. I’m used to waiting up to a half hour for my orders here but this was just ridiculous with no explanation to the customers. I could’ve shopped for my order 5 times myself in the store in that time. Nevertheless, expect long wait times.
