- EREmily R3 days ago2.0I dont like to leave bad reviews but all of the ice melted when I was given my coffee, so I went in and explained this and asked for more ice and they said no Dunkin gives away free ice. 😆 I said no, some franchisees don't. Corporate stores do, I go to them and ask often. So yeah, I went to another place and got some ice in my drink. Have a blessed day though!

He went in to try to get them to fix it and we were told they didnt do anything wrong. Went to the bank and I have a bank statement showing all of the charges. Bank fixed it but they didn't do anything. Never again. Shady shit.

I went back into the store and asked them to remake it as i do not like the liquid sugar and can definitely tell they used it because i literally go to dunkin everyday and she refused to remake it and told me not liquid and walked away and i do not recommend this dunkin store. The older man is verg nice but that lady not so much!
