  I’m highly upset with the icecream. My friend and I ordered banana splits, and both of them had vanilla icecream… when it’s usually supposed to be Neapolitan. There were no nuts on top, no cherries. They use chocolate milk syrup instead of hot fudge. They thought putting strawberry milk syrup with strawberries together was right, instead of pineapples they used pears or peaches. On the pictures it shows two full bananas on each side of the dish, they cut one in half so that’s false advertising. Overall highly upset with the service. Workers goofing off the entire time while making mine and my friends order. Tables aren’t clean. Doors to bathrooms have cracks between them, no privacy in private restrooms. Don’t recommend!

  They close at 10:30, and I got there at 9:30 and their doors were locked. The employees were just standing there doing nothing and they locked their doors and stopped serving people ONE HOUR early. What great service, not.

  Delicious and always gives you extra toppings! Highly recommend for a warm day or a sweet treat!! Does have a food menu as well! Pretzel sticks are delicous!

  manager is always visible and checking on things,making sure everything is running smoothly. That level of involvement is great to see.

  They are very efficient at handling mobile orders.I placed my order on the app and it was ready and waiting for me when I walked in.
