Do NOT go here.
I've been here a few times over the years when I'm passing through and have never had an issue. When I stopped by on Tuesday, April 7th, I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
I had to repeat my order three times, literally the 2 for 5 pretzel sticks, and a large blizzard. Why do I have to repeat myself three times for you to get my order? There were NO cars parked outside, I was the ONLY car hitting the drive-thru.
I get up to the window, total was $12 and change. Provided my card that had funds, never has any issues anywhere, etc. The young girl at the window takes my card, inserts it, and it beeps. I got the notification that it took the $12 off my card, and then she shuts the window.
She then turned, walked away with my card, and was gone for maybe 2 minutes. When she got back to the window, she then runs my card AGAIN, I hear the beep the transaction complete through the closed window. I get another notification on my phone, another $12 and change.. same transaction amount was taken off my card.
She then has the audacity to open the window, and ask if I have another card to run and claimed it "declined".
I just watched you run my card TWICE, both times it approved and went through. Why would I give you ANOTHER card to steal from me? Then when I say no, she goes to get someone else. The Indian lady comes to the window and tells me it was declined and refused to give me my order. I showed her that they charged me TWICE for the same transaction, refused to give me my card back, and she gave me an attitude when I told her that I was not going to give them a different card.
I told her outright, that they charged my card twice. Pulled up the transactions on my card, and even showed the 2 to 3 minute gap between the two times they charged me.
She immediately gave my card back to me, along with the receipt showing that it charged me.
If it declined... then why does the receipt show it processed?
Is your business that bad that you're trying to steal from probably the only customer you have for the "lunch rush"? I will be contacting corporate, I will be disputing the transaction, and I will be watching my card. If there are any unrecognized transactions, I will gladly take your business to court. You stole money from me, and I wouldn't put it past the people you employ to copy down my card information.
