  Stopped for lunch today 3/29 and let me tell you, this place is not the most maintained. Right at the entrance, trash is all over the floor. The very first bathroom was disgusting, urine and feces all over the ground. We reported to the staff, they didn't seem to have much urgency but was told that we couldn't eat in the dining area. We were confused because there were other people eating in the dining area and they were not told the same thing. We ordered to eat in but they put our food in a to go bag. I'm not sure if they ever cleaned it, but will not be back to this location again. Shame on cooperate for allowing these type of standards.

  Food took a while, but the staff was apologetic. It's always clean and well kept.

  Placed an online order and had an unforeseen emergency, Amy and Melissa were extremely helpful and had my order ready for me very quickly, would recommend! Thanks again!

  Dude making the burgers wasn’t even wearing gloves. He touched every burger with his bare hand. Had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but it was pretty busy so that was kinda expected. The chicken nuggets were spicy n that isn’t what I ordered. When i took them back to the counter the guy just said “Oh something must be wrong with the machine.” 🙄 He took the nuggets and dumped them back in the drawer for the next person. He did give the correct nuggets then thankfully. My brother’s burger and mine were both very cold and thin. I usually don’t complain about my food but I was just very turned off and disgusted. I’ve been here before and had great service and food but after this time I will for sure never be back.

  I like Wendy's, but this restaurant is just mediocre. The salads have been cut down in portion, but have increased in price by a few dollars. Shrinkflation I guess. The burgers and sandwiches are decent, but the fries tend to have a rancid oil aftertaste.
