- KSKristin SeldenFeb 5, 20261.0I often stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts with my granddaughter at 11:45 on a Thursday. I stopped by today and two people were working? I stood there waiting to be acknowledged while nobody could even say hello. I’ve then saw the sign that said order through the kiosk. OK took care of that. I only like a little cream but that’s no longer an option. Went to find a table that wasn’t filthy. I ended up asking for something to wipe the table off with and even after I wiped it twice and dried it, it was still dirty. You would’ve thought that somebody could’ve come and cleaned the table, but no, they were too busy just standing behind the counter not sure what they were doing. There were no their customers in there and I understand why I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but will not be going back to this facility. It is the absolute worst I’ve been to, and I’ve been too many. Extremely disappointed.

I told the lady that worked there about the gnats flying around inside the donut case and her reply was, “ oh they won’t hurt anything, they are in there for the heat just to keep warm”. Duh NO THANK YOU! Keep your donuts and cold coffee! Won’t be stopping there again!

They have a kiosk to order from at the counter which doesn’t work for donuts that I could find. I’ve heard of poor customer service, they no customer service. Plus for some reason this particular location doesn’t sell vanilla cream filled donuts anymore. Strange location, I do not DO NOT ! !!! Recommend
