Yeah I’m glad I’m moving out and never have to use this McDonald’s again. This is the second time I’ve had to contact customer service and the bigger manager (dunno her name and that’s all I could really tell from her) that has PROUDLY worked at McDonald’s for 30 years. Was very rude. I know how the mobile ordering works. They say they don’t make your food until you get there even tho I mobile ordered multiple times and have had to walk in because my food was already made. But whoops. The big one with 30 years said I treated them like they were incompetent when that wasn’t the case. Told her employees to “watch out because I’m mad” like I would take it out on them. When I wouldn’t because I DO KNOW how it is to be in customer service. If you can choose somewhere else to eat. Then please do. Burger King down the road will always be my go to or brightons hot dog. Lmao. Congrats ms.30 years. I’m half your age and obviously doing better for myself. 😭😭 I can’t, very childish work environment. This just made my day to hear someone flex that they have worked at McDonald’s for 30 years…
-I do not have an issue with any of the workers. Most of them are high schoolers/ college students (which is how it should be for a McDonald’s) and have nothing to do with it. I just had an issue with the manager who honestly shouldn’t be one. She needs her attitude checked. She acts like a high schooler. Not like a manager. I asked my questions but still ordered food and didn’t say one word to the workers as I know it’s not their fault. She came out of her way to talk to me.
Forgot to mention the food was cold when we got it. So if you want a manager that’s probably 50 being rude to you, and cold food, then this is the right place for you!

I picked up food and came home to realize that it was just an empty box and empty hash brown wrapper with a ton of napkins. It was almost amusing

Too many troublemaker kids go there! They bounce balls off the walls! Curse a lot and talk sexual situations very loud! Give regular customers dirty looks if you look at them! The police were called a while ago; and they did nothing! They told me I shouldn't be there and should go to Sheetz instead! The young cop said that McDonald's doesn't care about troublemakers! The mayor Anthony Court was a little more understanding and compassionate! Things need to change on the inside!

Ordered from the monopoly menu. If you order your quarter pounder without the bun you won’t get your monopoly piece and I think they ran out of the large monopoly cups since none of our large teas came with one 😕
