  I did mobile order and waited in the mobile order line for over 6 minutes waiting for someone to hand me my drink. The 3 cars that were in line when I pulled up got there order and left. I was still waiting and then 2 more cars came and left. I was still waiting by then there were 4 cars behind me in the mobile line so I didn't want to get out of line. When someone finally came she tried to give me someone else's order. I told her that is not my order. I've been waiting 6 minutes and 5 cars have already ordered and got their food. She was rude and said we are busy and I don't know what to tell you. No sorry just plain rude. I specifically ordered mobile because I was on the way to work. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I didn't complain or call to speak to a manager. I did call to speak to the manager and she dismissed me. She was nice and said I'm sorry that happened. She said what do I want her to do for me? At that response I just said I will not be back and said have a nice day.

  I came around 4:30 and they didn’t have any munchkins left… I ordered a medium Carmel iced coffee and it tasted like it wasn’t made right

  Service was great, Madison was awesome. Mobile app order lane...a joke and potentially dangerous to ones vehicle & individuals. Having to pull beyond service window, then back up, then forward (have watched this multiple times & if you have a van, forget it, *ask me how I know 🙄*) OR expect employees to hang out window (OJI anyone?) to pass order OR having to open your own vehicle door & get out to grab order. Definitely frustrating. So no more mobile lane, original lane it shall be.

  Service is awful. Twice a week I get coffee, mobile order on my phone before showing up, go through the mobile line then sit for 10 plus minutes while people are being served and people coming through the actual line are being served and leaving. As I see my coffee sitting at the window. After 10 minutes of waiting the cold foam has now melted as well as my ice. Why have a mobile line if it takes more time than ordering there. This was the 6th time this has happened and I now refuse to go back. Pay 8.00 for a watered down melted coffee. No thank you. And the red headed employee who gave me attitude after I left the line and went in side to get it, I will be calling corporate.

  Even though that's 1 of the busiest Dunkins I still had my order filled rather quickly.
