  Literally gets my order wrong every single time, either no sugar, or cream, or cheese, or bacon, every single time there’s something wrong with my order. I’m right down the street so it’s convenient but I always hope it’s going to get better and it doesn’t. The people in the morning are super rude and horrible at their jobs. I’d say replace them. Rude and incompetent. Food and coffee horrible. Hire new people.the two guys later in the day, absolute angels, they are amazing. Only good thing about this location.

  I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s but the staff here on this rainy Friday afternoon were hella pleasant. Thanks guys

  I ask for plan donuts or glazed ...in driving thur ...hadcto get old-fashioned which was dry...probably not going there anymore

  The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the world. So many times did I have to leave and come back to get my coffee. One coffee. They have no sense of time and that it’s a morning rush and they literally stand around between each order talking. It takes 2 orders to be made for them to start making the first order. Today I ordered 1 cup of coffee the person in front of me ordered 1 cup of coffee. By the time I paid for my coffee they hadn’t even started on the person’s order in front of me, I had to leave because I had to go to work which is right up the street from this Dunkin’. I’m going to have to leave out of my house earlier just to go to another Dunkin because these ladies in Elkins Park Dunkin’ Donuts are HORRIBLE!!!!!!
