    Very mad they insisted I didn’t order the food that comes with the $6 meal deal and I didn’t have time to wait for anything else! Very disappointed!!!

    Mediocre service, food, drinks. Management - turn up the temp on your latte/espresso machines! Everything is lukewarm and when you ask for extra hot your staff are rude: “it only makes it as hot as the machine is set to” in a sassy curt voice. I’m sick of paying for crappy lukewarm drinks. Plus - check everything before you drive away or it’s sure to be wrong.

    Stopped by, got an overpriced hot chocolate with caramel.....delicious. stopped a few days later for the same.... absolutely trash. Very watered down, no caramel taste, almost tasted "burnt". Never again.

    I’m genuinely confused about how a business can consistently run out of staple items. For the past three months, every time I’ve visited your location, you’ve been out of something; croissants, milk, even cold foam, what next coffee?! These are core menu items, and this kind of inconsistency makes it hard to rely on your store. Please take a closer look at your ordering process and inventory management. You can, and should, do better.
