- SSSallyMar 28, 20261.0Ive been coming here for quite a while. This dunkin has a new manager. I've heard the manager on multiple occasions speak poorly to employees and customers he needs to do better before he loses all of his employees! I've seen him stand there and yell continuously at his staff doing their best while they are very busy instead of helping them. Its atrocious how he acts. I will not be back unless there is a new manager I hope this dunkin makes a come back

They lost my business I liked the old manager she was very professional and easy to work with. If he stays I guarantee they will lose more business the guy at the counter very pleasant and said it was ridiculous what he was saying. Do better for your customers!

My bacon was undercooked on my avocado toast and barely existent on my kid's. If you stand at the counter you could be ignored (I was). The kitchen was a wreck, but like I said, it was super busy.
- MGMrs GroffFeb 25, 20265.0Best Dunkin I've ever been to... for a variety of reasons. First, the manager (Brian) is friendly, professional and it's obvious he runs things well. The staff have been great... I especially appreciate the warm "good morning" when I walk in in person. They are hustling and my mobile orders are always ready on time and correct. The whole place is spotless... the tables are cleaned off, the floor is swept, the bathroom is immaculate, the food area is kept nice and everything is displayed well. I'd say that the food/drink tasting good and being ready quick are my top two musts... they nail that AND have great staff! Also, highly impressed with the manager who personally took care of my orders and loved his genuine people skills!
