  I called in my order and asked that it be crispy. It was barely done. I had to come home and put it in the oven to cook it properly. This is the second time I got chicken where the skin was too slimy. Also they were in the back talking. I saw no one cooking food for at least 15 minutes. One girl had long braids and did not have on a cap. That’s unsanitary in a restaurant. Her hair should have been up at the very least. When they first opened the food was always cooked perfectly. I don’t know what happened. I think the later crew does a better job. I don’t mind the wait time of there are a lot of orders in front of me but today there weren’t that many orders and it still took an hour after I was told 15 minutes

  This is my second time ordering with them Through a carryout order. Each time I have picked up my food my food has been cold as if it has been sitting. I even showed up at the time that my order said it would be done, hoping that my food would be fresh and it still wasn’t. I also asked for extra cooking time on my bone in wings, just for my wings to be soft and soggy. Workers are just gathered up laughing and having a good time rather than making sure they’re Customers food are coming out good for the price that they pay. The food does come out fast, but it is cold and not worth it.
