  Absolutely ignorant and disrespectful. Their shift lead speaks to customers who waited almost 3 hours for three small meals and never received them, like they are trash. They hung up multiple times. Told me the order was being made and sent to me within 30 mins, after it wasnt and it never was again. I called them over an hour later where they blatantly ignored 10 calls, and on the final one when answering he was so beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. Got the worst attitude I have ever heard in my life, and proceeded to hang up. Over 3 hours worth of waiting and $60 spent and I never received my order. Just a terrible attitude, and lack of concern or willingness to make right what was wronged.

  Employees are super rude and always mess up my order. Waited an extra 20 minutes past the time I was told it would be done, and when I got my order it was wrong again and cold. How did I wait all that extra time in store and the food was still cold. Not sure who the owner is or who runs it but they need to step in and do something about the mess that goes on in there. They are also very messy workers because the containers are always covered in sauce and mine even had blue cheese on the outside. Safe to say they lost me and anyone who will listen to me as a customer. Also, the music in there is way too loud. There’s no reason why I should have to scream and repeat myself 3 times to be heard by the cashier.

  Trash. Absolutely terrible. Bad customer service. Ordered online. Order was ready a half hour after designated pickup time. One of my items was not even placed in a takeout container and was spilled all over the bag. The people working the counter have no customer service skills. The floor is dirty with debris as I sat and waited for my order. This place shouldnt be open yet until there is more training. Not worth the price. Buffalo wild wings in wilkes barre is 100% more worth your time and money.

  1. long wait times for a small order with high prices. 2. The Cajun seasoning I had added to the fries is not too bad. However the fries weren't that great. 3. There cajun interpretation is actually buffalo sauce . The flavor is ok. 4. There louisiana rub flavor is like eating a stick of butter. 5. There hawaiian flavor smells and taste totally artificial made me feel sick to my stomach.

  Got told 30 minutes when order but took an hour. If you had from the wing stop in pittston before they closed this place does not compare. I got what I thought would be 2 flavors hard to mess up only to be disappointed. Louisiana Rub has no flavor other than butter. Hawaiian taste like perfume. I was so excited to have a wing stop in the area again but will not order from them again.
