    Horrible experience. took me an HOUR to get food and it was wrong anyways, and i never even got my full order. Always have a problem at this location with messing up orders. will not return

    This Edwardsville McDonalds is the worst in PA. See my sausage McMuffin in attached pic. Actually a raw egg. How do you put that on a muffin and in a wrapper while slime is leaking through. Hashbrowns are dripping with grease. And every McDonalds in the valley charges $.50 cents for 1 slice of extra cheese. Here it is is $1.10. For a slice of processed cheese. Employees won’t care more than an owner and the product and service shows. Ive also been up charged a few times here. I’ve stopped there as a last resort in a hurry, but no way, never again. AI records show: Pat (Patricia) Stella — doing business as Q.S.C. Enterprises owns this McDonalds. Definitely McDonalds corporate needs to hear this. This McDonalds damages the brand, affects profit for other franchise owners, and the corporate image. They also locked down their FB page since 2020 because of all the complaints.
