  i come here often to get my girlfriend a coffee, i commonly wait 15 minutes in the drive through. today i ordered her a coffee and it ended up just being a cup of milk and syrup. poor management at this location.

  I ordered a large iced cappuccino with less ice. I've gotten this drink before and have not had any issues with it being less full or half full. The girl at the window today showed me my drink in a cup and it was half full, and she told me that the coffee goes by measurement. Did I want a smaller cup, or did I want more ice? So I told her I wanted more ice. Even after she added ice, which by the way, she added a ton of ice, this drink was mostly ice ... there was still two inches left at the top of my cup that wasn't full of coffee... So don't be snotty with me and tell me that a large iced cappuccino goes off of measurements and needs more ice, and then not even fill it full with coffee. This drink was almost $6. I don't even know why I waste my time with Dunkin anymore.

  I ordered to Boxes of Joe and 4 dozen assorted donuts from this location for a business meeting. When I arrived, the donuts were ready for me to take, but the Boxes of Joe had not been filled yet. After about 10 minutes, I had my complete order and was on my way. The staff was very friendly and immediately apologized for not having the coffee ready for me when I got there. It was no big deal to wait a few minutes, and the attendees at my meeting were grateful to have Dunkin coffee and donuts, as they live in a very rural area with no similar options.

  I used to really like going to this location. Unfortunately, that has changed as of tonight.Because at six pm , they told me that they shut down their food for the night even though they close at eight... i went to leave, the Drive through and a man was sitting there for about 15 minutes at the window, waiting for his food.... i don't know what is actually going on, but I won't be going back.
