    Try to hire delivery drivers that don’t tailgate, speed, and drive recklessly - especially on icy roads. Ridiculous!!

    Specified that I wanted my pizza handed to me on the app (one of the options when ordering), checked outside because the pizza hadn't arrived yet, but it had. The driver laid the order on the concrete step outside my door in the 30 degree weather and by the time I found it, it was ice cold and they refused to refund me or do anything about it when I called.

    I placed a delivery order at 12:15 AM on 10/25 for a medium CBR pizza, two types of bread bites, and 8-piece garlic parmesan wings. I generously tipped 25% given the late delivery time. The wings were missing from the order. When I called the next day, the conversation was immediately confrontational. The employee refused to acknowledge the store's closure at 1:00 AM as a reason for not calling sooner and repeatedly engaged in a disrespectful back-and-forth, insisting the missing item was delivered. This staff member offered zero resolution or compensation. I have never been treated so dismissively by any other restaurant. Based on the representative's disrespectful demeanor, particularly the perceived sexism and unwillingness to address a simple service failure, this store displays a complete lack of professionalism. This is how you permanently lose customers. I will never order from here again.
