  Ordered 20 Extra large 16” pizzas on the App saved Over $200 with the 50% off deal called in and asked to have it ready manager was extremely friendly and helpful!! stopped in the pizzas were hot and ready everyone loved the pizza!!! They were amazing Thank you Mary!!

  First of all the order took longer than it should have. Cashier was super rude over split payment with $30 and another $7.05 on card. Asked if it can’t all be paid the same payment?? Ordered 2 pizzas tastes extremely doughy and were cut sloppy. Ordered Italian sandwich did not get dressing and it was missing banana peppers and they put mushrooms on it which I hate. All around bad

  When I asked if they delivered where I lived they hung up on me not once not twice not three times but four dam times I will never go to that store ever in my life screw Domino's all I wanted was a damn pizza......

  I ordered pizza from this location on January 5 and never received my order. After calling the store, I was connected to the delivery driver and told him I never got my food. He first said he delivered it to the apartment building on the left, and I corrected him and said I am on the right. He then took back what he said and claimed that he delivered it to the right building, even though I never received my order. He insisted the food was delivered and told me to call back within five minutes if I could not find it. I called back within fifteen minutes because I did not find my food. He then told me to stand outside so he could drive by. My husband went outside, and the driver drove right past him and went back to the store. I then called Domino’s and asked for a refund and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager. The next day, I called and was told refunds take three to ten days. On the tenth day, I called again and spoke to an employee who said the manager was right outside and that he would call me back, but I never received a call. After waiting several hours, I went into the store in person and spoke with the manager, who told me it would take another three to ten days to receive my refund. After fourteen days, I contacted customer service and was told refunds should only take three to ten days total, not fourteen. When I relayed this information to the store, I was then told they do not give refunds and only issue store credit. However, when I went into the store to receive the store credit, they gave me my cash refund instead, which shows this could have been resolved much earlier. To make matters worse, I later found out the manager is also a delivery driver and was the same person involved the day my order went missing, meaning he was present from the beginning even though I was told to call the manager separately. This experience involved poor communication, conflicting information, and unnecessary delays.
