The biggest downside is the layout of the parking lot, particularly if you use the drive-thru. The exit of the parking lot is directly in front of the window where you pick your food up, so you don't have much time to check your order before pulling out of the lot (unless you want to hold everyone else up). The only alternative is to do a loop around the building and park while you check for accuracy. When they do miss something, they are very quick to make it right.

Not just a little SALTY, but you had to DELIBERATELY put SALT on them to make them "sick to your stomach" SALTY. Either that or Wendy's is selling bad burger patties. Tried calling complaint line and no one picked up. Chili was good. Fries were good. Should I call the Health Department? I might have to. Proof of patronage included.

They never want to take your order. They'll be like five people waiting for the one working kiosk out of three and they won't take your order at the register. God forbid they have to type in some numbers themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. I walked out and I won't be coming back. I'll go over the bridge to Easton to that Wendy's because at least the service is good. Take care. You lost the customer. Bye-bye
