The first time was because I ordered well done wings. The second time the manager said he doesn't know and proceeded to make my food without washing his hands. I'm not sure why he was being hands on with food and working the register at the same time. I had to ask him to remake my wings being that he drenched them in sauce and he didn't bother to apologize. The manager needs more training on being personable along side with having some manner's.I spent over $ 500 easily at this place within a year. I could easily go elsewhere Papa John's already has a bad rap for ethics I see no improvement.
