- TTtortellini_heehooOct 13, 20251.0just got out of surgery at st lukes and my boyfriend took me here to get a warm meal. my soup was ice cold (i had the cheddar broccoli) and the worst part was the bathroom. the handicapped stall was locked so i had to use the normal one that didnt have the bars to pull myself up. on top of that, there was not a single piece of toilet paper on either rolls in the stall. i was completely stuck and had to call out for help for several minutes until my boyfriend came to bring me some from the mens room and help me stand up. that is absolutely disgraceful and ive never felt so vulnerable and uncomfortable using the restroom anywhere especially after literally having my organs removed hours prior. when i brought it to the attention of one of the staff members she seemed to not care and continued sweeping the damn floor. this experience brought me to tears and i just cant get over how horrible and frustrated i felt.
