She really puts her effort in getting all the customers taking care of even if I have to wait a little for her to take my order she gets everything out in a timely matter. I love to see her smiling face every morning ,she greets me with a good morning , she even knows my order so all I have to do is pay. Great job Nicole keep up the great work. Was not into bringing customers back and more customers, his customer service skills are horrible I only asked for a simple cup of ice, yes was closed but they have a window, Common courtesy shouldn’t be too much to hawk for and, I was forced to ask for a shift lead (Keara) and I must say handled the situation like a pro thumbs up thank you for respecting the brand McDonald’s, as for Murrell, he gets a negative star, I get it your moving, but u on someone else dime and it’s not your place to do what u want because it’s busy of its busy it’s fast food, I can tell he’s not consistent
