  El trato muy mal de los empleados, se supone que es servicio al cliente y que estoy pagando con mi dinero. Y el chico que me atendió muy mal genio por solo yo decirle lo que quiero en mi plato y si es extra lo que yo digo que me pongan es por voy a pagarlo. Era mi lugar favorito de comida pero a este ubicación NO vuelvo más. Y no lo recomiendo 👎👎

  Just spent $20 on a bowl only to take it home, and the rice is undercooked and the bowl tastes like shit. Completely flavorless and bland I’m so disappointed that I just spent that much for this garbage.

  I visited this establishment with my daughter we really wanted chipotle the lead was rude the rice was mushy I took pictures I asked for rice from another batch she claimed it was none I stated I just saw the gentlemen store some she then proceeded to state it was made at the same time as this one so it’s going to be mushy to. I asked her for her name she rolled her eyes stated her name and looks at me with such attitude I was livid not to mention my daughter was very disappointed this was 2/23/2026 around 11:30 am for this to be a new location the quality of food should be better and staff friendly

  I normally visit the Nazareth location and always have a positive experience, but since I live closer to this location, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I used the Chipotle lane because I have an infant with me, and the convenience is the main reason I choose that option. I waited at the window for 35 minutes, which is excessive. After finally being helped, I asked for a side of hot sauce and was ignored. When the employee returned, she handed me my food and then asked what drink I wanted, even though I had placed a mobile order and my drink was already listed. I let her know I had ordered the Berry Agua Fresca. She appeared visibly annoyed and walked away to get it. When she came back, I politely reminded her about the hot sauce. I was told I would have to come inside to get it myself. I explained that I had a baby with me and had specifically chosen the Chipotle lane for convenience, but she responded that they were busy and shut the window. The portions were also smaller than expected, and the chips were stale. Overall, the customer service did not meet the standard I’ve experienced at other locations. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location and will continue driving to Nazareth instead.

  Went to this place on 2/13 for a bowl. The cashier over charged me with double protien which i never asked for and there’s no double protien in my bowl. Simple bowl which wouldncost me $13 usually costed me $19. I would avoid this location.
