    The cashier tried to overcharge me but then he couldn’t give the refund back. No manager available onsite! Note that he didn’t speak English! For what was supposed to be quick grab and go fast food it turned out to be 20+ mins waiting. No apologies nothing

    Workers here are beyond incompetent. I ordered online for my lunch break and was told it would be ready in 3 minutes when I got there. 10 minutes went by until they asked for my name again. Another 10 went by before they told me they actually don’t have carne asade and if steak was okay. Couldn’t even eat it on my lunch break because I didn’t have time to. I watched multiple workers sit around for 20 minutes while waiting for my order that should’ve been done when I got there. Never patronizing this chipotle again, I’ll go to freemansburg.

    Great service taste is amazing I love chipotle it's me and my hubby favorite restaurant he can eat that allday its healthy and the food tastes great!! Portions size the bowl and the bogo deal is always a favorite..

    New Location, and I hadn't been to Chapotle for about two- three years. This particular location, first and last visit, was not clean, the food portions were completely cut in half (I noticed because the food in the bowl barely reached the halfway point) from my experience with the chain. Lastly, they removed the first responders discount. I was unimpressed with the atmosphere, and staff especially to say the very least. I still can't believe how tiny the portion was especially since the prices are still rediculously high! I suggest a hard pass on Chapotle. No fake response needed from customer service as I will never return, and those who take the risk will soon learn for themselves. Thank you.
