Not “we ran out.” Not “we’re sorry.” Not “give us a few minutes.” Just flat out: it’s not worth it. If your staff has decided that doing the absolute bare minimum during posted business hours isn’t worth their time, then maybe close earlier. Or update the sign to say: “Open until 10pm, but emotionally closed at 9.” Cheese is not some exotic, seasonal ingredient. It’s one of the core components of your entire menu. This is like a pizza place saying sauce isn’t worth it, or a coffee shop deciding milk is optional because it’s late. The most impressive part wasn’t that they were out. It was the open indifference. No attempt to fix it. No attempt to care. Just a shrug wrapped in corporate branding. If you plan on going here, apparently you need to beat the staff’s internal motivation clock, not the posted closing time. Do better

We won’t ever be back to this location.
