Whenever I go into a place and see the floor is dirty and all the tables are dirty and the garbage is overflowing. It's not good. Now. I have to wonder how dirty it is behind the counter. This was my first time to Chipotle and my last.

This establishment needs to figure something out. I shouldn’t be waiting for 10 minutes at the pickup window with cars behind me just for the worker to grab my already made order off the shelf and hand it to me. Not like the place was busy either…

Extremely disappointing experience. There were about 10 employees just standing around talking and staring at us while we waited for help. After waiting for five minutes, we politely asked for assistance, only to be rudely told to wait even longer. When I tried to explain the situation, one of the employees actually argued with me instead of trying to help. Terrible customer service — no sense of urgency or respect for customers.

I dont get fast food often and its been a few years since I've had Chipotle. Ive gone to probably 10 different locations over the last 10 years in both pa and nj and this is by far my worst Chipotle experience. There were probably 5 people eating when I walked in at the tables which were all very dirty. I was second in line behind someone who was past the wrap station and waiting. It took 20 minutes for me from the time I walked in until I walked out. All of the bins were 90% empty despite the place not looking busy and some were getting topped off while I was there. I hate ragging on employees but all of them seemed bad. The girl at the grill seemed uninterested and was eating chicken as she cooked over the grill. The guy that served me seemed like he may have had some kind of mental handicap and was extremely slow and looked like he hadn't showered in at least a couple of days. I actually almost walked out when I saw how greasy he looked. My next big issue was portion size. Im a big guy and use to find eating a whole burrito challenging. This was about the size of a red bull can when it was wrapped. Maybe 2 ounces of barbacoa at best and at check out the girl from the back said quietly to my server "watch your portion size". I almost said, why because its half what you normally get? I decided to bring my food back home since I wasn't even asked if I wanted it there before it was bagged and I would rather not have considered the atmosphere but filled my drink before leaving. The drink/condiment station was dirty and the lemonade and tea jugs were empty which was what I would have liked, the hot sauce bottles were also empty and crusty looking. I had a 10 minute drive home with my burrito in an insulated bag and it was ice cold when I got home. Again I've been getting Chipotle for at least 10 years now and I've never had that happen before. Im not sure if everything on the serving line was cold but having not eaten there I can't verify that. Ive always been willing to give a place a second chance but I think until something happens with current management ill avoid this location in the future. Im downgrading my review now to 1 star 6 hours later because I actually think i may have gotten food poisoning

I honestly don’t know how this location keeps finding the most rude and lackadaisical staff, who completely switch out every few months. Maybe it’s my fault for ordering online and expecting proper service, but this place is just unbelievable. There is one staff member who is always amazing and upbeat, on the ball, and genuinely pleasant (aka my 2 stars) but everyone else seems completely checked out. Today, I sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes with absolutely no movement before I had to reverse out in frustration. When I walked inside to grab my online order, there was a guy standing by the drive-thru window, he just stared at me for a good minute or two before greeting me and giving me my cold order. Meanwhile, i can see the guy in front of me in the drive-thru was still waiting, and another walk-in customer was told they wouldn’t be served because the team was “behind,” even though the front counter was full of prepared bowls. Several staff members were standing around doing nothing while only a few were actually cooking. I don’t understand how this place continues to operate like this. Slow service, unhelpful staff, and no sense of urgency make this experience extremely frustrating. I NEVER leave reviews, but something seriously needs to be done about this location.
