- SASara AlbabiliApr 16, 20261.0I visited this Chipotle location after a long wait in line, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. There was only one worker handling everything, which I understand can be overwhelming, but the overall service and food quality were not acceptable. The employee, an older woman with blonde hair, came across as rude and impatient when I asked simple questions, like whether sour cream was available. I tried to be understanding given how busy it was, but the attitude made the experience uncomfortable for both me and my little sister. When we got home, the food was not edible. The rice was extremely hard and undercooked, and we ended up having to throw the food away. It was really frustrating, especially after waiting so long. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience stood out. I understand working alone during a rush is stressful, and I don’t blame the worker for that, but it still doesn’t excuse being rude to customers or serving food that isn’t properly prepared. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, which made this experience even more disappointing.

It’s understaffed with a lack of any leadership to be seen. Each time I have been here the counter they prepare your meal on is full of food scraps. The employees do not wipe it up - they simply drag your meal through the counter regardless of the mess. Half of the ingredients are not available at time of service yet there is also cooked food sitting on the counter outside of temperature control.
