  My review on this Adobo restaurant in Easton I got a plate of white rice with bacalao (cod fish) and every spoon fool I took had a fish bone (which were about 5 total before complaining to them) and one even got stuck in my gums and when I tell the management they wanted to replaces a $12-$15 plate with a pastelillo which is like $2-$4 and then on top of that the manager says “did they give you the warning” and clearly I said NO and even if they did in other restaurants not every spoon full there is a fish bone because other restaurants cleans them out to their best ability. So on top of her being unprofessional, I left with no food and no refund! Only a pastelillo. DONT GO THERE! There is always issues with the damn food ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE LAUGHING AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER Mi opinión sobre este restaurante Adobo en Easton Conseguí un plato de arroz blanco con bacalao y cada cucharada que tomé tenía una espina de pescado (fueron como 5 en total antes de quejarme) y una incluso se me atascó en las encías y cuando le dije a la gerencia, querían reemplazar un plato de 12 a 15 dólares con un pastelillo que es como de 2 a 4 dólares y luego, además de eso, la gerente dice "¿te dieron la advertencia?" y claramente dije que NO e incluso si lo hicieron en otros restaurantes, no todas las cucharas llenas, hay una espina de pescado porque otros restaurantes las limpian lo mejor que pueden. Así que además de que ella no era profesional, ¡me fui sin comida y sin reembolso! Solo un pastelillo. ¡NO VAYAS ALLÍ! Siempre hay problemas con la maldita comida ADEMÁS DE ESO, SE REÍAN Y HABLABAN ENTRE ELLOS

  Really enjoyed the food. I got the chicharron platter, and the pernil mofongo. The food was seasoned well, and cooked perfectly. The mofongo itself on the other hand was lacking flavor and was a little dry for my liking, but I am willing to give it another try. It did come with a sauce that was very tasty and garlicky, which I love. But again everything else was soooooo good. Nice portion sizes and the ambiance of the restaurant is nice as well, very inviting. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

  I wish I could turn a star into a abuelita. Let’s talk about the chicken and the shrimp empanadas first, the look and smell was AMAZING and these are one of the most flavorful and literally STUFFED empanadas ever and if you like a good CRUNCH this is the one for you. The alcapurrias 🤤 it was gone in less than three minutes. Moving to the Shrimp Mofongo which I couldn’t stop eating absolutely delish. You want good home cooked food that feels like a abuelita cooked it then this is where you need to be

  love the new update to the restaurant - makes it more inviting to sit down and eat instead of having to leave and eat in my car during my lunch break. Great innovation
