am beyond disgusted with the service I received at this Wendy’s. This is not a one-time customer either — we spend $30–$40 here, FOUR times a week, and this is how we get treated?
First off, we specifically asked for fresh food and hot fries at the drive-thru. That’s not a complicated request. But instead, we were given old, cold fries that were clearly sitting there. When I went back and asked for hot fries, the employee with purple hair told me, “they didn’t tell me to give you hot fries.” Seriously? That’s not my problem — that’s your team’s failure to communicate.
It gets worse. When I handed the fries back, I watched him dump them right back into the bin to be reheated. That is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and not how food is supposed to be handled. Anyone working there should know basic procedures — you don’t re-serve returned food. That’s just common sense.
On top of that, the overnight manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Calling customers “honey,” “darling,” and “sweetie” in a condescending tone is not customer service — it’s disrespectful. And to make matters worse, I was falsely accused of coming in all the time trying to get free food. That is a flat-out lie and honestly insulting considering how much money we regularly spend here.
This entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Food quality was poor, staff behavior was worse, and management clearly doesn’t care about standards or customers. I will absolutely be taking this further because this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. and she told me not to ever come back. I’m expecting a call from the corporate or I will be reaching out to them, and this is not the employee’s fault. The employee should’ve been taught the procedures how to make fries how to make burgers all they were doing is just goofing around in the kitchen and they had enough people to handle the kitchen load.
