  Loved everything BUT I ordered a COKE and I got a iced coffee like bro not cool man! And the service i heard some things in the back no clue but wow that's something 👏 👌

  Every single time we order they always forget something, every single time we order we either have to go back to grab it. The last time they forgot something wrong we called them and it was the middle of a snow storm to tell them we needed them to fix the issue as we have three kids and were not about to go back to the location to grab it and we left early to beat the storm hoping since they do delivery they would just send it with someone. However they were so disrespectful even the manager who then told my husband that it was basically our fault as we should have checked our bags, even though it is their job and responsibility to make sure orders are successfully sent out. Ive worked in fast food before ans i have managed to never forget an item to an order when working the window and if I had ever responded to a customer like that I would have been fired. We never got our money back for any of the stuff that has been missing, as they expected us to be able to go to them that night or there was nothing they could do or we could go in the following morning to pick up the missing items even though we had informed them we had work and no time to go to that location after work with having kids that needed dinner made and to get ready for bed after school.

  Tried the Big Arch meal and it is a really good burger. Bun held it together the ingredients all worked well. Shared the meal because it's a big burger.

  They too slow and unprofessional at night shift. They don’t have any clue how to handle the business.

  Staff here generally mess up orders. Not the best listeners. Get the soda partly filled and can't tell you how many times there was no ketchup or the order was incorrect from what I ordered. Not all the staff are the same for course. Lately, during the day things go smoothly. There seems to be more issues at night. I think it has a lot of potential as I've never met rude staff. I just think some. Need more training and support. They can do better! I hope they do! 🙏fast food service isn't easy by any means. I'm sure they're super busy. I would just love to see them meet their potential
