    They make up there own prices, charged me $1.00 for my drink to be put in ice, my normal drink i get is same price every other dunkin, yet TWICE the price here. Indian guy was rude and got loud with me when I asked why so expensive. Need to be investigated

    The employees here just forget about the orders and continue with the other ones we ordered like 5 items. It took them twenty five minutes to give us all the food. We had to tell them what we ordered and then they made it.

    I rarely stop at this DD but it was in my route. I went in to get my usual a small Carmel iced latte 2 pumps Carmel 1 pump French vanilla 1 pump butter pecan. I get the same thing every single time so I know exactly how much it costs. I usually pay $5.29 with no coupons or DD points. The guy rung me up and tried to charge me $8.68. I asked why was it so high & he said oh it’s cause all the pumps costs .50. Don’t get me wrong it could’ve been a price hike. Everything is expensive. I told him I usually only pay $5-6 for a small, I said I don’t want it & left the store. I went to my usual DD store & what do you know. I paid the usual $5.29. Be careful ordering from them & check your receipts. Another guy came from the back & asked the cashier what was wrong & then they started talking in their native language. Who knows what he said but I didn’t appreciate it. They both spoke very good English.
