  Manager was spraying cleaner all around the food cleaning while, guest are try to order. Was evading my personal space the entire time I was there, even followed me in the restroom. So uncomfortable.

  Went and waited for 15 mins for a cashier to come because she was busy “counting her drawer”…. In a line of 10 people. The workers are extremely rude and have zero work ethic. They are also out of steak and corn always. 0/10

  Avoid, should be closed down. Went a month ago and waited for 5 minutes at the counter to get served while the workers hung out and talked with no food to serve. This was about 11:30. Well I gave them a second chance last week about 11:45 and the same thing. Food wasn't ready, there was a long line, staff were milling about and the restaurant was dirty. Looked like the floors were not cleaned from the day before. Same as the first time I went. Our group of 6 will not be going again. This is twice we had to leave and go somewhere else. Sorry but this place should be closed. I want to add its clear the owners don't care, look how far back the bad reviews go and they all get the standard answer on making it right. Just fix it or close...exceptional customer service wins the customer!

  Just terminate the entire Wednesday after 5pm staff and start all over. They were scraping the food containers versus refilling it.I simply asked for a bag of chips and vinaigrette and the staff was so rude. She acted as if she didn’t want to get it for me. Just lack of customer service skills and lack of general respect. Too much chatter and playing around between the staff over the food. We eat at Chipotle at least once or twice a week. I usually go to the one on Baum Blvd, but Highland Avenue happened to be closer. I don’t recommend the Highland location.

  I visited on March 23, 2026, at 8:03 PM to pick up my online order. I waited for about 40 minutes, but no one ever called my name. When I finally asked about it, I was told my order had already been picked up, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to contact customer service for a refund. The employee working there showed a very poor attitude, both toward customers and coworkers. It was taking nearly 10 minutes to complete one order, and when I tried to ask about mine, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. This was a terrible customer service experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
