  East Freedom Taco Bell, y’all need to step it up. On my granny grave. Tell me why every single time I order a brisk mango fiesta, y’all have to water it down to the point I wanna yeet the whole drink out the window.. it is such a good drink, but everytime I order it y’all wanna hand me a cup full of WATER. THATS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. And I’m eating a crunch wrap rn that tastes like someone’s sick grandmother dry coughed into my mouth😭 and y’all never hit me back after my interview clearly you need the help smh

  I ordered an online order for drive thru pickup so my aunt could pick it up on her way home. She works twenty five minutes away and gets off at three. I ordered at exactly 2:56. She had to wait there for our food to be done for TWENTY MINUTES. In total fourty ish minutes they knew about the order. They were rude and snobby to her. They dumped our two nacho fries in the bottom of the bag and the sauces were not even standing up they leaked through the bag. As if they were just thrown in there. On top of sauces we got 0 out of the five mild sauces and didn’t even barely fill the guac that was A DOLLAR AND FIFTEEN CENTS! Never EVER have I been so upset . They couldn’t even fill the drinks for the ONLINE ORDER. They gave mt aunt the cups to fill them herself she didn’t even know what I had ordered drink wise. I didn’t grab a picture of the bag and the state of it because we were super hungry after waiting so long to eat. I’ve worked in a fast pased environment before and never would I have EVER served that.

  This location has a nice small town feel. Our food was taking a little bit because of an error, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic and gave us a couple of cards for free tacos. We would stop here again.
