  Waited 30 min for a small order then the staff started talked bad about me and the manger made excuse because the only had 2 employees working supposedly while I watch several orders filled after mine who came after I did

  Firstly, the employees were very pleasant and took my order correctly. I get a daily double with no onions. I have ordered it many times. I actually stopped doing it on the app because I always received it with onions on my sandwich. The last 2 times have been fine ordering it at the drive through so I did that today. I got back to work and upon getting my sandwich out of the bag it had a heavy onion smell. My reason for no onion is an allergy, not that I just don't want them. It seems to not make a difference anymore telling them that. Honestly thats not even my complaint. The bigger problem is that I am still receiving my sandwich with a "no onion" sticker on it while it had so many onions on it that had I not actually smelled it and looked I could be in the hospital. I cant understand how a simple request is not only ignored but also consistently mislabeled.

  I went into the facility on 2/25/26 and ordered the two for $6 fish sandwich special. I got my sandwiches, and I left. I began to eat one of the sandwiches in my car on the way to a meeting. About halfway through that first sandwich, I found a medium length red hair. It was in my mouth by that point, and I spat it out as soon as I felt it. I don't have red hair. I was alone in my car. It was chewed up in the sandwich. I threw the rest of that sandwich away and the second sandwich I purchased. I wasn't going to take a chance. I returned to this restaurant 3/4/26 because it is close to my house, and I wanted to give another chance. I again went into the restaurant. I waited more than five minutes for someone to wait on me at the counter. The larger of two guys working in the food area said to the smaller one, Chase, "You have someone at the counter." Chase just shook his head and continued to mess with the food and yell at the cook. Finally, Chase came out and took my order. I got it rather quickly. But as I was waiting, I noticed that the area where the cooking was going on was a total disaster. There was food, boxes for something, and napkins all over the floor. Chase bent down and picked up a pile of napkins and threw them in a trash can, but the rest of the mess continued to lay all over the floor. The service and atmosphere were terrible, but the sandwich did not have hair in it this time, which I guess was an improvement.
