The past few times I have been to this location have been extremely disappointing. Today I placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive thru. I was told there was a wait to place orders because their computers were under maintenance. No big deal. I asked if that affected mobile orders as well, just in case I would be able to get my food without waiting the ten minutes I was quoted. Someone in the background said “didn’t you just tell her we can’t use our computer” and started yelling at the boy taking my order. I found this to be completely uncalled for and rude. I would have waited for my food, but after that response I just cancelled my order. The last time I was here, I waited a ridiculously long amount of time. I assumed they were busy so I was not agitated until I pulled up to have my payment taking and the teenagers were just yapping with each other and messing around. The time before that, I got the wrong sandwich and waited patiently in line at the register to receive help, but was ignored for about five minutes. I am done with this location. If the employees were kinder and more attentive, I would not feel this way about these mistakes/issues.

Terrible store . They never get anything right . Oj machine is still down . Multi Billion dollar and that can’t be fixed . Awful customer service. Probably a blessing but I won’t be back . Wendy’s is next door they do better .
