We later heard the restaurant was sold again to the owner of another establishment in Doylestown, so we returned hoping for improvements — unfortunately, nothing has changed. The restaurant was dark and didn’t feel very clean. At 7:00 PM on a Friday night, it was nearly empty, which says a lot. The details were disappointing: the lemon in my water was brown, the salad was wilted, and the rolls were unimpressive. The steak special was drowning in sauce, and the ravioli tasted like something straight from the frozen food aisle. Both the waitress and cashier confirmed that nothing has changed — and won’t be changing — under the new ownership. Dublin truly needs the old Luberto’s back. We miss Palma and Joe and the quality they brought to this place.
