I ordered delivery from here and it was a very bad experience!
After an extremely long time waiting for food to be delivered, I chose to cancel my order. I first tried cancelling online, but the Menufy website was difficult to navigate. They said to contact the restaurant directly to cancel.
I called the restaurant. They were beyond difficult to deal with, saying they couldn't cancel it (even though the delivery service--that THEY recommended using--said to cancel through the restaurant, not the delivery service). They told me they didn't care that their service was bad, they wouldn't cancel the order.... 🙄
After a frustrating phone conversation with the restaurant, I then tried contacting the delivery service again to cancel the order. After going through a long process, I got an email saying the order was cancelled. (Finally, right!?...)
I then order food from a better restaurant. PR.
A half hour later, after I cancelled the order, the food was delivered, gross, soggy, and cold. But Menufy and Thai Aroy Dee refused to refund my money after having cancelled through EVERY appropriate channel.
This is commerce taking advantage of customers.
Food was disgusting. Drunken noodles were soft and so was the Thai Fried rice. Disgusting food, overpriced, and horrible customer service!
